The Homeopathic Treatment

The homeopathic treatment starts with a consultation, followed by homeopathic remedies - dry pills or in liquid form.

The first consultation usually lasts around 90-120 min, in which the homeopath will actively listen to the patient, holding a non-judgemental and compassionate space. The case taking encompasses a throughout understanding of the physical, mental and emotional symptoms or characteristics of the person, as well as family and medical history. 

Based on the first consultation, a homeopathic remedy and treatment will be indicated. The patient needs, while taking the remedy, to update the homeopath, especially during the first few days, to adjust the dose or remedy, if necessary. After a month or two, if the patient still experiences some symptoms, a follow-up is arranged. 

The follow-up is a much shorter appointment, lasting around 45min. In this occasion, the homeopath will ascertain the reaction from the remedy and suggests the new course of treatment, supporting the patient's journey towards a better health.
